1. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 & 3 to conduct fair and impartial investigation in FIR No.92, dated 24.06.2023, registered under Section 346 IPC (Sections 302, 201, 148, 149, 120-B IPC added later) at Police Station Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
3. Ordered accordingly.
