(16) Section 7 of the Act provided that upon the grant of a declaration under section 6, the applicant shall, with effect from the date of payment under section 3, or deposit under sub-section 4 of section 6, as the case may be, be entitled to the following privileges:- "(A)The applicant shall, nto withstanding anything in the United Provinces Tenancy Act, 1939, nto be liable to ejectment in execution of any decree or order for ejectment of any decree for payment of any arrears of rent."
