ii. To annul the result declared by the respondent reducing 1.52 mark of the petitioner wrongly adopting the normalisation formula against the guidelines para 2.9 (Annx.P/3) which is not applicable in the subject of Sanskrit which examination has been completed in single shift.

iii. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to increase 1.55 mark as provided to identical candidates (as per Anx.P/4) as per clause 2.9 of guidelines (Annx.P/5) issued by the respondent No.1, in the interest of justice and accordingly to declare qualified to the petitioner for the High School Teacher, in the interest of justice.
