2. As the issues raised in all the captioned petitions are inter connected and the parties are also the selfsame, those were heard analogously and are being disposed of by this common judgment and order. The Criminal Misc. Application No.1622 of 2018 has been filed by the original accused No.1 -

husband with the following prayers:

"7.(A) YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to admit and allow this application and further be pleased to quash and set aside R/CR.MA/1622/2018 ORDER the F.I.R. being I C.R. No. 74 of 2016 registered before the Bopal Police Station, Ahmedabad and further proceedings thereto qua the applicant herein;
(B) Pending hearing and final disposal of the application, be pleased to stay the investigation and further proceedings of the F.I.R. being I. C.R. No. 74 of 2016 registered before the Bopal Police Station, Ahmedabad qua the present applicant;
(C) YOUR LORDSHIPS may be pleased to grant such other and further reliefs as may be deemed, fit, just and proper in the interest of justice."

4. The Special Criminal Application No.8762/2016 has been filed by the applicants - original accused persons with the following prayers:

"8(a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned FIR being C.R. No.I 74/2016 pending investigation and registered with Bopal Police Station, Ahmedabad and further proceedings of the said FIR as investigation is still going on and charge-sheet is not filed yet.
(d) Pass such Orders as thought fit in the interest of justice."

5. Thus, the first proceeding between the parties is with regard to the FIR lodged by the wife at the Bopal Police Station. The second proceeding is with regard to the Domestic Violence Act and the third proceeding is with regard to the FIR lodged by the wife but the applicants therein are the parents of the husband.

6. On 06.04.2018, this Court passed the following order:

"The parties have been able to reach to an amicable settlement. The understanding arrived at, as on date, is that the property, in which the wife is R/CR.MA/1622/2018 ORDER residing as on date, situated at Bopal, will be transferred in her name. It appears that the property is in the name of the father-in-law of the lady. Therefore, necessary document will have to be executed by the father-in-law of the lady. Over and above transfer of the property, the husband has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.3.5 Lac to his wife and minor son. Let the modalities be worked out at the earliest. The parties shall come back before this Court on 12th April, 2018.
