1. Present Petition under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, has been filed by the Decree Holder seeking enforcement of the Award dated 09.04.2018.
2. It is stated that the said Award was challenged by the Judgment Debtor by filing a Petition, being O.M.P. (COMM) 265/2018, under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is stated that in the said Petition, this Court vide Order dated 05.07.2018, has granted conditional stay. It is stated that the Judgment Debtor has filed an affidavit of asset in the said Petition on 26.07.2018. It is stated that since the conditions stipulated by this Court were not complied with, this Court vide Order dated 20.11.2025 vacated the stay Order. The Decree Holder has, therefore, This is a digitally signed order.

It is stated by the learned Counsel for the Decree Holder that as on 30.11.2025, the Judgment Debtor is liable to pay Rs. 887,21,88,815.18/- to the Decree Holder.
