The appellant sought information vide RTI application dated 18.11.2013 on 4 points pertaining to train  no.­12488 Coach no.--S4 as to the number of passengers who had been granted reserved seats, their  mobile numbers, complete addresses, number of concessional and non­concessional tickets, ages, PNR  numbers, RAC and passengers' destinations etc; details of passengers who had reserved seats from  Allahabad junction on 22.06.2013;  for train no.­14083 coach no.­S­1 from Mansi Junction in Bihar as to  the   number   of   passengers   who   had   been   granted   reserved   seats,   their   mobile   numbers,   complete  addresses,   number   of   concessional   and   non­concessional   tickets,   ages,   PNR   numbers,   RAC   and  passengers'   destinations     and     also   guidelines,   procedure   and   time­frame   provided   for   penalising  passengers who availed concession by giving false documents.
