                   A compliance report dated 11.04.2022 has

             been filed on behalf of the O.C., Jibantala Police

             Report, which is taken on record.

                   It is submitted that there is a private

             dispute between the petitioner and respondents

with regard to possession of certain shop rooms. It is also submitted that the police have not found any evidence of the respondent nos. 5 and 6 threatening the petitioner over the phone.

The local enquiries appear to have indicated that the respondent nos. 5 and 6 did not commit any act as alleged.

Counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that he has a voice recording of threat received from the private respondents.

The Superintendent of Police, South 24 Parganas is directed to verify the petitioner's claims into the allegation of threat as also the findings of the Jibantala Police Station and submit 2 a report before this Court on 02.05.2022 when the matter shall appear in the list.

Jibantala Police Station shall consider the threat perception of the petitioner and ensure the petitioner's security in accordance with applicable rules.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
