M/s Kamal Sponge Steel & Power Ltd. & Ors., Judgement dated 19.05.2017 Page No. 44 of 350 Counsel Sh.Sushil Bajaj that in the absence of there being any legally admissible evidence against A-3 Amit Goyal it is crystal clear that prosecution has miserably failed in proving its case against him.
