05. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Learned counsel for the State, on the basis of the instruction from the IIC, Purunabazar P.S., Bhadrak vide letter dated 14.10.2025, stated before this Court that due to some local law and order problem, they are unable to gather the information as has been sought for by this Court. It has also been indicated in the said letter that DCIO Intelligence Bureau, Bhadrak has been moved to furnish desired instruction. As such, learned counsel for the State prayed for some more time to obtain the instruction. Learned counsel for the State also suggested that this Court directly call for information from the DCIO Intelligence Bureau, Bhadrak.
3. In view of the aforesaid position, this Court directs the registry of this Court to obtain instruction from DCIO Intelligence Bureau, Bhadrak with regard to the adverse scenario which could occur or the threat perception that could be caused in the event the Petitioner is permitted to move out of the country for a limited period on the basis of the temporary passport.
4. Let the report be placed before this Court by the next date.
