The present appeal has been filed under Section 91 of the Trade Marks Act, 1999 challenging the order dated 12th March, 2025 passed by the Assistant Registrar of Trade Marks and GI, New Delhi, whereby the opposition no.1284099 filed on behalf of the appellant to the Trade Mark Application no.6025508 filed on behalf of the respondent no.1 has been dismissed.
