The prosecution case is that, the petitioners had waylaid the victim on her way to school and showed an obscene video, and threatened to morph her in an obscene manner to be published on social media, if the victim does not keep in touch with the first accused and thereby committed the offences alleged.

4. Sri.P.Samsudin, the learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the entire prosecution allegations are false and that the incident as alleged had never occurred.
