It appears that the appellant is suffering from Paranoid Schizophrenia and currently he is fit for discharge and trial.
In the circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the appellant. However, the Jail Superintend, Birsa Munda Central Jail, Ranchi and the Medical Superintendent, RINPAS, Kanke, Ranchi, both are jointly directed to see that the appellant is treated under supervision of RINPAS by giving medicine prescribed and periodical check up as may be prescribed by RINPAS.
