This Writ Petition is filed, to direct the respondent No.3 not to register any document in respect of unapproved plots in the name of "Thottathupalayam East" in S.F.o.685/1 & 685/1A3 Neruperichal Village, Tiruppur north Taluk, Tiruppur District made by 7th respondent (G.Mohan) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.10.2019 sent by registered post to the respondents.

If such registration is permitted the agricultural land within vicinity will get colluded by the rubbish, wastage water, drainage to be let out by the residential plots owned colony.

Registrars in the State are scrupulously following the circular. The apprehension of the petitioner is ill-conceived.
