Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the interim order granted earlier is going to be expired today and prays for extension of the interim order.
Counsel for the defendant submits that a short date may be given so that the interim arrangement can be made so as to enable the defendant to dispose of all the stocks which are available with the defendants.
In view of the submission made by the counsel for the respective parties, interim order granted earlier is extended till 7 th October, 2024 or until further order, whichever is earlier.
Counsel for the plaintiff is directed to take instruction to the suggestions made by the counsel for the defendant.
