As conceded to by Mr. Saurabh Ajay Gupta, learned counsel for the appellants, the appointment letter, which has been issued to Mandeep Singh, shall be issued afresh and that he would not claim anything retrospectively. The said position is also accepted by the learned counsel for the respondent.

The appeal is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
