In those circumstances, the learned Judge, 5th Bench, Small Causes Court at Calcutta is directed to transfer or cause to be transferred the Ejectment Execution Case No.42 of 2013 immediately, without insisting on any formalities, to the 1st Court at Sealdah. The case should thereafter be placed before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division of that Court. The exercise of transmission of the decree should be completed by 31st July, 2014 and the execution case should be disposed of by the learned Sealdah Court by 30th November, 2014 without granting any unnecessary adjournment.
