14. Finding of the Rent Controller on issue No. 4-A was also affirmed by the appellate Court. Resultantly, the appeal was dismissed. The order of ejectment passed by the Rent Controller was modified to the extent that Santa Singh, tenant, was directed to vacate the premises and deliver the same to the landlords. P.C. Verman who was actually in possession thereof as a sub-tenant of Santa Singh was ordered to be ejected in execution of the order, and he was allowed two months' time to vacate the premises.
