          महोदय,जन-धन योजना के तहत अगर इन तीन-चार चीजों को ई-रिक्शा चालकों के साथ जोड़ा जाए तो उनके जीवन ‘स्किल इंडिया’और ‘मेक इन इंडिया’सभी पर अधिक से अधिक लाभ होगा।

I would say that the hon. Minister of Surface Transport gave a very detailed reply. I believe there is always a reason for everything. This Bill has come back today to this House pursuant to an Ordinance promulgated on 7th January, 2015.

KUMARI SUSHMITA DEV : कुछ आपत्तिजनक नहीं है। She is a learned Lawyer of the Supreme Court.  I respect her opinion.  But to pass a comment that I am far moved from reality, I think they are far removed from reality. ये भी दिल्ली में जीरो पर आ गए हैं।

  

DR. RAVINDRA BABU (AMALAPURAM): Sir, जब रिक्शा के बारे में हम चर्चा कर रहे हैं   we are not talking about coal mines. We are not talking about information technology. We are talking about Indian, a common Indian. He is nothing but a rickshaw puller. A rickshaw puller typifies a common Indian. If you want to understand how India is suffering from economic malnutrition, then you see a rickshaw puller on the street. If you see him anywhere in India, then you will understand what type of India is. It is such a situation and so on such a topic, let there be no acrimonious debate. Let there be unanimity.
