2) What was the extent of loss caused by the reckless, unsound mind and rash decision of wrongful investment of surplus funds into PWSL? Please submit copy of loss caused to the NSFDC/Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.

8) As per above observation of the court, please let me know and furnish detailed copies of the recoveries made from all these three petitioners in the light of impugned order and judgment dated 23.03.2017 and how much recovery has been made so far? Has this amount been deposited with ministry of social justice and empowerment and what are the repercussions of such loss to NSFDC? Please submit documentary evidence in respect of the recovery made so far and the consequent financial loss to the NSFDC."
The CPIO vide letter dated 24.07.2023 replied as under:-
Point No. 1:-The applicant may seek the information from the Ministry. Point No. 2:-NSFDC suffered a loss to extent of Rs.1539.99 Lakhs including Principal Amount +Interest.
Point No.3:-Copy of relevant extract of Annual Report is enclosed at Annexure- I. Point No. 4:-Extract Copy of Annual Report for FY 2021-22 indicating Interest accrued is enclosed as Annexure-II.
Point No. 5:-As per records, Investment Committee was comprised of Shri P.T. Wangdi, Ex- CMD as its Chairman, Dr S.P. Ram. Executive Director and Shri S.S. Nayagam, Ex-DGM (Finance). Shri Nand Kishore (Ex- Sr. Manager) was the Coordinating officer of the Investment Committee.
Has there been any recovery of the loss to extent of Rs.1539.99 lakhs from his pension? If so, what was the extent of recovery? Please provide copies of such recoveries.

That is the amount of loss of Rs. 1539.99 This is a new question lakhs to NSFDC still pending for recovery and so it does not come and NSFDC has ultimately lost this under the purview of RTI amount which is a financial loss to the Appeal. exchequer to Govt. of India? Please provide copies of such financial loss to the company.
