PIARE LAL GARG, PRESIDING MEMBER:-
Learned counsel for the appellant has made the statement that the appellant is ready to pay Rs.4500/- as refund amount along with interest @ 9% p.a. from the date of order of refund by the appellant till its payment in toto.

2 Learned counsel for the respondent has also made the statement that he accepts the offer of the counsel for the appellant and accepts the amount as lumpsum. The respondent will not claim any other relief in future regarding the matter in dispute.

3. In view of the statements of the learned counsel for the parties, the appeal is disposed of. The parties shall remain bound by the statements made by their counsel today before the Commission.

4. The appellant had deposited an amount of Rs.6810/- with this Commission at the time of filing of the appeal. This amount with interest accrued thereon, if any, be remitted by the registry to the respondent/ complainant by way of a crossed cheque/demand draft under intimation to the appellant and after calculating the same, the appellant will pay the remaining amount, if any, to the respondent within 60 days from today.
