FACTS:
1. The appellant sought information regarding the list of CSIO officials with their name, designation and the concerned section to whom any kind of Honorarium has been paid by CSIO since 01.01.2001; amount of the honorarium paid to all CSIO officials since 01.01.2001; copy of the CSIR circular or OM to pay such honorarium to the CSIO officials; copy of the file noting, or any other document/record regarding approval from the competent authority to pay such honorarium to the CSIO officials since 01.01.2001 etc. through 12 points. The CPIO on 22.02.2018 intimated that the information sought was enclosed. The FAA on 08.05.2018 provided further explanation to his RTI application. Being dissatisfied, the appellant approached this Commission.
