Material on record discloses that the Petitioners had sought time to file a written statement in the appeals filed by the doctors and had approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) 12992/2023 praying for 30 days time to file the written statement. The writ petition was filed on 27.09.2023. It is stated by learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the written statement has been filed by the Petitioner, a fact which has been disputed by Mr. T Singhdev, learned Counsel for the Respondent/NMC.
4. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner is directed to handover an entire copy of the written statement to Mr. T Singhdev, learned Counsel for the Respondent/NMC. The NMC is directed to decide all the appeals within a period of eight weeks from today.
5. The writ petitions are disposed of along with pending application(s), if any.
