1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Mr.Rao Narendra Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
2. The present bail application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. by the applicant in FIR No.44 of 2020 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 506, 307, 325 IPC, 5/9b Explosive Act, Police Station Badosarai, Barabanki.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the co-accused, having similar role, have been granted bail by this Court in Bail No.6836 of 2020 vide order dated 9.12.2020. He, therefore, submits that the accused-applicant is also entitled for bail on the ground of parity.
