are hereby directed to arrest the said Appellant namely viz: Lambada visweswara Rao @ Boddu, S/o Simhachalam Naidu, Kothavuru Village, palasa MandaI, wherever he is found and produce him bodily under safe Sustody and conduct before the Assistant Sessions Judge, Sompeta.
On such production, if the said Petitioner furn'lshes a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Assistant Sessions Judge, Sompeta, he shall be released on bail and the Petitioner shall furnish an undertaking I affidavit before the Assistant Sessions Judge, Sompeta, that he would give instructions {o his Counsel before the High Court for disposal of the Appeal.
