This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to grant permission and give police protection to conduct the Aadal Padal Programme dance program at about 7.00 P.M. to 10.00 P.M. on 29.05.2023 in pursuance to the festival of Arulmighu Sri Mahamariamman Thirukovil, Situated at Serukudi Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District on considering the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2023 .

Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the second respondent herein to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct Aadal Padal Programme dance program at about 7.00 P.M. to 10.00 P.M. on 29.05.2023 in pursuance to the festival of Arulmighu Sri Mahamariamman Thirukovil, Situated at Serukudi Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District subject to the following conditions:
