1. This application is filed on behalf of the appellant pointing out there is an error in the order dated 14.03.2024 in as much as it does not record that the notice be issued to the respondent, although the said order was passed by this Court.
2. Our records also show that notice was directed to be issued on the said date.
3. For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.
4. The application stands disposed of. RFA(COMM) 91/2024
5. On appellant taking steps, notice be issued to the respondent through all permissible modes returnable on the date already fixed, that is, 18.09.2024.
