This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the revision application, although delay is of 93 days.
2. It is pointed out by the learned counsel for the applicant that the delay occurred due to the fact that the applicant faced medical emergency and also the fact that the applicant is a handicapped person. It is further pointed out that the applicant has already undergone reduced sentence of one month imposed by the Appellate Court while partly allowing his appeal.
