Counsel that they have all joined the Defence Fire Service and have been posted as Fire Engine Drivers and Fireman respectively with the office of Respondent No. 3: The applicants were detailed to be posted at AP. Yathang (at an elevation of 12700 ft.) and AP Menshithang (at an elevation of 6000 ft.), both Units being located at Sikkim for few months in each and every year from 2008.
