FACTS The Appellant vide her RTI application sought information on 05 points regarding present post/designation of Shri Ashish Saxena, basic pay and all other allowances with total emoluments, complete details of item-wise recoveries from the salary of Shri Ashish Saxena for the month of June and July 2018 and other issues related thereto. The CPIO, vide letter dated 27.07.2018, informed the designation, basic pay and VDA details of Shri Ashish Saxena and for other points, denied disclosure of information under Section 8(1)(d) & (j) of the RTI Act, 2005. Dissatisfied by the response, the Appellant approached the FAA. The FAA, vide its order dated 23.08.2018, upheld the CPIO's response.
