In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
"a) Issue a Writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, quashing the order in No.,NSFDC/HR/DPC/2025 dated 11.03.2026 as per Annexure-A and communication in No.NSFDC/Pers/205/94/Vol.IV/7320 dated 24.03.2026 as per Annexure-F, issued by Respondent No.2.
b) Consequently, issue a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to retain Petitioner at Bengaluru only in his present cadre of Assistant General Manager.
