1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners.
2. This Court is of the prima facie opinion that after more than 13 years, the petitioners cannot be allowed to challenge the award dated 10.08.2010.
3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may settle the entire dispute with respondent No.1, if respondent No.1 appears before the petitioner and interact for possible amicable settlement.

4. Keeping in view the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let notice be issued to respondent No.1 by all permissible modes including dasti, returnable on 1st November, 2023. Let the requisites be filed by tomorrow. The dasti notices be handed over the learned counsel for the petitioner within three working days.
5. Subject to deposition of a sum of ₹5,00,000/- by the petitioner within two weeks before the Registrar General of this Court, there shall be stay on the impugned Show Cause Notice dated 01.09.2023 (Annexure P-11).
