1. By way of the present petitions, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIRs bearing nos. 235/2023, 245/2023, 236/2023 and 238/2023 under This is a digitally signed order.

7. It appears that, since 2020, the dispute and differences had arisen between the parties, leading to filing of civil and criminal cases from time to time. The details of some of the cases as has been reflected in the MoU read as under:-
a. FIR bearing No. 236 of 2023, with police station Sadar Bazar, preferred by first party under section 323/341/506 of IPC. b. FIR bearing No. 235/2023, with police station Sadar Bazar, preferred by second party under Section 335/34 of IPC. c. FIR bearing No. 245/2023, with police station Sadar Bazar, preferred by Seventh party against third party and fourth party under Section 323/354/354(B)/506/509/34 of IPC. d. FIR bearing No. 238/2023, with police station Sadar Bazar, preferred by fifth party under Section 323/352/354/354(B)/509 of IPC.
11. In view of the aforesaid, having gone through the facts of the cases and the present circumstances, this Court finds that no useful purpose would be served in continuing the litigation.
12. Hence, the FIR Nos. 235/2023, 245/2023, 236/2023 and 238/2023 under Sections 324/34 IPC, 323/354/354-B/506/509/34 IPC, 323/341/506 IPC and 323/452/354/354(B)/509 IPC, respectively, all registered at Police Station Sadar Bazar, Delhi and the proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed.
