        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the respondents 7 and 8 to provide sufficient, adequate
   and effective police protection to the life and property of the petitioner
   and his family members from the highhanded and illegal actions of
   respondents 1 to 6 and their associates, pending final disposal of the
   above Writ Petition(Civil).

        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   R.BINDU (SASTHAMANGALAM), G.RAJAGOPAL (KUMMANAM) Advocates for the
   petitioner the court passed the following:

                                         ORDER

The petitioner will take out notice before admission by speed post, returnable within 7 days, to respondent nos. 1 to 6.

The learned Government Pleader will obtain instructions from respondents 7 to 9.

List this matter for further consideration on 12-11-2021, until which time the 7th respondent-station House Officer, will afford adequate and effective protection to the lives of the petitioner and his children, if they are living together; however, making it clear that this order cannot be construed to mean that this court has spoken against the 1st respondent.
