Grievance of the Petitioners in the present Petitions is against the orders dated 21/02/2019 and 06/03/2019 passed by the Managing Director of Vasantrao Naik Vimukat Jatis and Nomadic Tribes, Development Corporation Ltd. (VJ & NT Corporation Ltd.), by which Respondent No. 2 has directed recovery of amount of the increments and recovery of benefits of the 6th Pay Commission paid to the Petitioners from 01/01/2006.
