71. Further, directions are issued to defendant nos. 1 and 2, to preserve without any modification, a copy of the source code and object code, that it is using to implement the Alpha Verse software platform, as it stands as of today. It is further directed that a copy of the said source code and object code, shall be submitted to this Court on Digital Versatile Disk ("DVD"), within 24 hours of receipt of the present order.

13. Let both Parties file their respective Written Submissions with regard to the issue of manner of providing instructions to the Technical Expert within This is a digitally signed order.

The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 19/11/2025 at 21:18:56 a period of four weeks and identify the common areas on which both the Parties agree for the Technical Expert to evaluate the source code and object code of the Plaintiff's software, and the source code and object code of Defendant No.1's software, for providing an independent report.
