On analyzing the same, it was found that accused Rahul Sharma and applicnat-Gaurav Sharma were talking to each other, through Whatsapp calls. On the day, i.e. on 14.07.2024, when accused Rahul Sharma was nabbed with poppy husk, then, in the intervening night of 13/14.07.2024, they had made calls with each other. Mobile phone of Gaurav Sharma (applicant) was saved, under the name Gora B.
