Order 12/04/2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is holding the requisite qualification for the post of Basic Computer Instructor and after having qualified the examination, his candidature has been found non-suitable and his candidature has been referred back to the Staff Selection Commission vide Annexure-13 dated 03/04/2023. Learned counsel submits that the reason for sending back the candidature of the petitioner to the Staff Selection Commission is not mentioned. He submits that pursuant to the order dated 03/04/2023, he will not be able to (2 of 2) [CW-4758/2023] participate in the counseling which is going to take place from 11 th April, 2023 to 13th April, 2023.
