The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have filed a case under the provisions of the Bihar Building (Lease, Rent & Eviction) Control Act, 1982 bearing BBC Case No. 7/2021, which is pending before the learned Court of House Controller-cum-Sub- Divisional Officer, Patna Sadar, Patna, but since the petitioners are being deprived of the necessary civic amenities, the House Controller-cum-Sub- Divisional Officer, Patna Sadar, Patna i.e. the Patna High Court CWJC No.16340 of 2021(2) dt.22-11-2022 Respondent No. 2 herein be directed to consider this aspect of the matter and pass appropriate orders.
