5. A joint prayer is also made for closure of pending cases between the parties as specified hereinbelow:

“2. Cases pending between the parties is as under:
(I) Police Complaint No.787704012404390, dated 27.09.2024, filed by Mr. Ankit Rastogi against Ms. Avi Rastogi and her family members at Police Station Kanota, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
(2) FIR No.1225 of 2024, dated 25.11.2024 filed by Mr. Ankit Rastogi against Ms. Avi Rastogi and her family members at Police Station Kanota, District Jaipur, Rajasthan, for offences under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 318(4), 316(2) and 61(2)(a) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.

3. Divorce Petition, filed by Mr. Ankit Rastogi before the Hon’ble Family Court (2), Jaipur District-I, Jaipur, Rajasthan, under Section 13(1) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, bearing Family Main Case No.316/2024, titled Ankit Rastogi vs. Avi Rastogi, dated 25.11.2024.

B. Cases filed by Ms. Avi Rastogi and her family members:

(1) Case No.Ct.Cases 143/2025, filed by Ms. Avi Rastogi before the Hon’ble Court of JMFC., Mahila Court (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi, dated 13.01.2025, under Section 12(1)(3)(4)(5) in Form II read with Rule 6(1) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Rules, 2006, for reliefs under Sections 18, 19, 20, 22 and 23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and Application under Sections 23(1) and 23(2) read with Section 12(1) of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, seeking protection orders, monetary reliefs, and compensation orders.
(2) FIR No.242/2025, dated 05.04.2025, lodged by Ms. Avi Rastogi against Mr. Ankit Rastogi and his family members at Police Station Shahbad Dairy, Rohini, Delhi for offences under Section 85, 316(2), and 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023.”
6. Additionally, there is a prayer for dissolution of marriage by invoking powers of this Court under Article 142 of the Constitution of India.
7. Having regard to the terms of the settlement, this petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement. To put a quietus to multiple litigations between the parties, we deem it appropriate to invoke our powers under Article 142 of the Constitution of India Act and dissolve the marriage between the parties by a decree of divorce based on mutual consent in terms of the settlement. The office shall draw a decree of divorce accordingly. Further, the cases mentioned above, pending between the parties, shall also stand quashed, withdrawn, disposed of in terms of the above settlement.
8. The transfer petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
9. All pending applications shall also stand disposed of.
