4. The main grievance of learned counsel for petitioner is that the complainant has sent the notice to wrong address. The petitioner herein has never been called as 'Jyothi' at any point of time and her name is 'Jayanthi'. Respondent is a total stranger to petitioner and petitioner had no occasion to issue any cheque in favour of respondent herein. The xerox copy of notice as well as the acknowledgement have been brought to the notice of this Court. It is alleged that subsequently somebody has manipulated the notice as well as the acknowledgement by incorporating in front of the name of Jyothi as @ L. Jayanthi W/o. Ram Naik.
