1. Counsel for petitioners states that petitioners have participated in the process of recruitment on the post of Basic Computer Instructor and petitioners secured aggregate higher marks than the last cut off marks of the selected candidate, but as minimum 40% marks in each paper were not secured, therefore, appointment to petitioners has been declined.
2. It has been submitted that according to Rule 28 of the Rajasthan Education (State and Sub-ordinate) Service Rule-2021, requirement of minimum 40% marks in each paper of the competitive examination has been added to the advertisement dated 1.2.2022, vide corrigendum notice dated 30.06.2022 it (2 of 2) [CW-990/2023] means after conducting the written examination on 18.06.2022, which is impermissible.
