        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to direct the 4th respondent not to enforce exhibit P4 notice as
   against the property of the petitioner having 6.5 cents comprised in
   resruvey number 60 in block no.22 (Old Survey No.287/5/1/1/) of Kodumon
   Village, pending disposal of the writ petition.
        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.VINOY VARGHESE KALLUMOOTTILL, Advocate for the petitioner, and the
   GOVERNMENT PLEADER for R1 to R4 (By Order), the court passed the
   following:
                                         O R D E R

Learned Government Pleader seeks time to obtain instructions.

List on 18.11.2021; until which time, all action pursuant to Ext.P4 notice against the petitioner will be stand deferred, but clarify such action against any other person including the petitioner's daughter can be carried on as per law.
