3 Mr. Gaikwad, counsel for defendant nos.9 to 22, at the outset, states that he will file Vakalatnama in the notice of motion within one week from today. Mr. Gaikwad also states that once he receives the copy of the Official Liquidator's Report, he would, within one week thereof, file an affidavit and also serve a copy thereof upon applicant.
