Date : 25.03.2026 Heard Ms. P. Saharia, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the order dated 20.02.2026, passed by this Court, wherein, on the submission of Mr. P. P. Dutta, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department, that the verification of the data pertaining to the school of the petitioner is at an advance stage and the same would be finalized on or before 20.03.2026, he was directed to apprise this Court about the outcome of the verification process. However, today, Mr. P. P. Dutta, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department, submits that he is yet to receive the instruction.

In view of the above, let this matter be listed on 30.03.2026 for placing the instructions, as directed by this Court.
