Brief facts of the case, as stated in the OA, are that the applicant, who was appointed as a Constable in Delhi Police in the year 1986, had earned three promotions, by sheer dedication and hard work, and holds a completely unblemished service record for more than 34 years. It is stated that the applicant was arrested on 04.12.2019 in a false case bearing FIR No.195/2019 dated 01.10.2019 u/s 409/420/120-B IPC PS EOW. Subsequently, on account of her arrest, she was placed under suspension w.e.f. 04.12.2019, vide order dated 12.12.2019. She was released on interim bail on 14.04.2020 and was granted regular bail by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, vide order dated 27.05.2020.
