1. On perusal of the impugned orders, prima facie, I find that the relief claimed by the petitioner before the Registrar, in exercise of power under Section 154B (27)(3), was not the proper remedy. In my opinion, proper remedy for the petitioner, if he alleges discrimination by the Society to seek a relief which he is claiming before the Registrar, is to approach Co-operative Court under section 91 of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (MCS Act).

2. Hence, keeping all questions raised by the petitioner open to be agitated in a dispute under section 91 of MCS Act.

3. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of.
