4. The petitioner filed the present application under Article 227 of Constitution of India read with section 482 Cr.P.C. against the order dated 10.01.2019 passed by the Court of Mr. Gagandeep Jindal, MM-09, South- East, Saket Courts in complaint case bearing No. 617819/2016.
5. The counsel for the petitioner stated that the matter has been settled amicably between the concerned parties and the complaint is already dismissed for want of prosecution. He further stated that the present petition has become infructuous as such, he be allowed to withdraw the petition.
6. Accordingly, the present petition alongwith pending applications, if any, stands dismissed as withdrawn being infructuous.
