Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that the first information report dated 15.12.2023 has been lodged on false and frivolous allegation against the applicant. It is further submitted that there is no date and time and evidence with regard to payment of Rs. 3 lacs and 50 thousand received by the applicant for procuring employment to the first informant. It is further submitted that a cheque of applicant was disownered by the Bank stating that the account was not opened and the cheque is outdated.
