      The above three Crl.Revision Petitions are filed
U/s.397 r/w. 401 Cr.P.C. by the Advocate for the petitioner
praying that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to set aside
the order dated 09.06.2011 passed by the P.O., F.T.C.-VI,

Bangalore in Crl.A.No.337/2011, 336/2011 and 338/2011
respedctively.

     The above three Crl. Revision Petitions coming for
admission on this day, the Court made the following:

                          ORDER

A memo dated 18.3.2013 is filed by the petitioner in all the above three cases and post-dated cheques are issued towards payment of fine amount. The sentence imposed by the courts below is confirmed. However, the petitioner/accused shall only stand discharged upon realization of the cheque amounts. Accordingly the revision petitions are disposed of in terms of the memo.
