Heard on IA No. 15340/2013, which is an application for answering interrogatories.
In my considered opinion, at present no direction to answer the interrogatories can be issued in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. However, suffice it to observe that if petitioner states that in some of the cases lease has been renewed, he is at liberty to file the documents in the said context alongwith an application, if the renewal of the lease is similar to the case of the petitioner. On filing such application, it shall be considered in accordance with law.
